Each individual may hold only one active siti888 account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the email, device, or payment method used — will be merged or closed, and associated bonus balances will be voided.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winings generated after meeting the stated requirements qualify for withdrawal.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
Age Restriction: siti888 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be aged 21 years or above to register and use siti888. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious breach of these Terms.
3.1 To register an Account on siti888, you must: (a) be a natural person aged 21 years or above; (b) provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited; and (d) not be a current or former employee, officer, director, or agent of siti888 or any related entity.
3.2 Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on siti888. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. siti888 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of siti888 complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. siti888 does not represent that accessing or using the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction, and expressly disclaims all liability arising from a Player's use of the Platform in breach of applicable local laws.
3.4 siti888 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, with or without providing reasons for such refusal.
3.5 Corporate entities, partnerships, and non-individual legal persons are not permitted to register Accounts or participate in gaming activities on the Platform.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. siti888 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 siti888 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents including, but not limited to: (a) a government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport); (b) proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement — dated within 90 days); and (c) proof of payment method ownership.
4.3 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. siti888 reserves the right to place withdrawal holds pending KYC completion.
4.4 If siti888 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account has been accessed fraudulently or that Account information is inaccurate, the Account may be suspended pending investigation. During any such suspension, deposit and withdrawal functionality will be unavailable.
4.5 You must notify siti888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your Account.
siti888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB), 7-Eleven CLiQ, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. siti888 does not charge platform fees on standard MYR deposits; however, third-party payment provider fees (if any) remain the Player's responsibility.
All deposits must be funded from accounts or walets registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned, and the associated siti888 Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to payment instruments previously used for deposit and verified in the Player's name. siti888 targets the following withdrawal processing times: e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX transfers — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative and may be subject to delays during peak periods, public holidays in Malaysia, or during KYC reviews.
5.2.1 siti888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request it dems unusual or above standard thresholds.

In the event of a technical error affecting game round or transaction, siti888 will resolve the discrepancy based on server-side records, which shall be the definitive and authoritative record of all activity.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available to siti888 Players are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum cashout limits. These offer-specific terms form part of these Terms and prevail in the event of any conflict regarding a specific promotion.
6.2 Bonus funds are credited to a designated bonus wallet and are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings generated after full completion of the stated wagering requirement become eligible for withdrawal to a Player's nominated payment method.
6.3 siti888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or void bonus balances if it determines that: (a) a Player has exploited a bonus offer through low-risk betting, arbitrage, or other non-standard wagering patterns; (b) multiple Accounts have been used to claim the same offer; or (c) an offer was claimed in breach of any applicable eligibility criteria.
6.4 Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. siti888 may decline to offer bonuses to any Player at its discretion.
6.5 Loyalty Programme points and tier benefits are subject to separate programme terms. Loyalty points expire after ninety (90) days of account inactivity. Tier status is evaluated on a rolling thirty (30) day wager basis.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on siti888 are final once confirmed by the Platform's server. Players are responsible for verifying bet details before confirmation. siti888 does not accept responsibility for errors in wager placement made by the Player.
7.2 For sports betting markets, siti888 follows industry-standard settlement rules. In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, siti888's settlement policy (published in the Help Centre) shall apply. Pre-match wagers on postponed events are generally voided and stakes returned unless a match is rescheduled within 72 hours.
7.3 Live betting markets — including in-play odds for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other covered competitions — are subject to the Platform's in-play terms. siti888 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle in-play markets at its discretion in the event of data feed errors or technical disruption.
7.4 All casino games — including Sic Bo, live dealer tables, slots, and crash games — are governed by individual game rules supplied by the respective game studio. Displayed RTP figures are independently audited and represent expected long-term return rates; they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.5 siti888 reserves the right to void any wager and withold associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe the wager was placed in connection with fraudulent activity, match manipulation, or system exploitation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on siti888 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
9.1 All content on the siti888 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the intellectual property of siti888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without siti888's prior written consent.
9.2 You may access and use Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. Any commercial use, scraping, reverse engineering, or systematic extraction of content is prohibited.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, siti888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 siti888 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software, although we take reasonable technical steps to maintain Platform availability and security.
10.3 In no event shall siti888's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits siti888's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
11.1 siti888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We strongly encourage all Players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set clear personal limits before engaging with any game or betting market on the Platform.
11.2 The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players and can be configured from within the Account Dashboard: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) session time reminders and session duration caps; (c) reality check notifications; (d) temporary cooling-off periods; and (e) permanent self-exclusion.

12.1 siti888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise improper activity; (c) the Account poses a regulatory or compliance risk to the Platform; or (d) closure is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
12.2 Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, siti888 may withold some or all of the Account Balance as compensation for damages caused by the breach. Any determination to withold funds will be communicated to the Player with reasons.
12.3 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting siti888 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (net of pending bonus requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.
12.4 siti888 retains the right to reopen a closed Account only at its sole discretion and subject to full re-verification.
13.1 siti888 may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date published on this page.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
